If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return, unless defective

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Accessories (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at info@favoloso.in with your order number and clear photos/videos

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund

4. Return Process

  • Email us at info@favoloso.in with your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process

  • Reverse pickup may be available depending on your location

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error
