1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return, unless defective

Customized or made-to-order outfits
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Accessories (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email us at info@favoloso.in with your order number and clear photos/videos
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund
4. Return Process
Email us at info@favoloso.in with your order number and reason for return
Our team will guide you through the return process
Reverse pickup may be available depending on your location
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued
7. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error
